We’re recruiting Nursery Assistants to work within on-site pre-school settings at welcoming primary schools across the Wirral from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for caring and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping young children learn through play while supporting their development in a nurturing school environment.
The Role
- Supporting children within pre-school and nursery settings
- Assisting with play-based learning and daily routines
- Encouraging children’s social, emotional and communication development
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with the Early Years team to support every child’s individual needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
