Lead Engineering Excellence Across Complex Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engineering operations strategy across multiple projects
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams
- Oversee operational budgets, project delivery, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with UK engineering, health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Build strategic relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is advantageous
- 10+ years of senior engineering leadership experience
- Strong commercial, technical, and project management expertise
- Excellent communication and executive leadership skills
