The ideal candidate will...
- Be someone with experience as a supervisor in hospitality
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Be confident running busy shifts and making decisions under pressure
- Be someone who leads by example and inspires the team to maintain high standards
- Have excellent communication skills & a strong eye for detail
- Be organised, reliable and take pride in their work
- Have strong barrista and cocktail experience, a passion for wine is a bonus
What will you be doing?
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
- Leading shifts and ensuring outstanding guest service.
- Opening & closing the venue, including cash up and daily reporting/handovers
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Support stock control, deliveries and cellar management
- Helping drive a quality-led, neighbourhood food and wine experience
- Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent high standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
