⌚ Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with a minimum 1 Saturday per month)

At MSI UK, every interaction matters. As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive compassionate, professional support throughout their treatment journey. Whether you're welcoming someone into our Treatment Centre or helping them over the phone, you'll provide the confidence, care and reassurance they need during an important moment in their lives.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting clients with compassionate, professional care from their first contact in the centre through their treatment journey.
- Managing appointments, client records and enquiries accurately and confidentially.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a safe, efficient and exceptional client experience.

Working Pattern
This role requires flexibility with working hours throughout the week, including the potential for 7:30am starts and 5:00pm finishes. You'll also be required to work a minimum of one Saturday shift per month, helping us provide the best possible service for our clients.
