Paragon is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property services contractor for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join their planned maintenance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a growing business delivering high-quality bathroom installations within occupied and void social housing properties. You'll be working across a local patch with a company vehicle provided, offering stability, long-term career prospects, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
As a Bathroom Fitter, you'll be responsible for carrying out full bathroom installations to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.
You'll work within occupied and void properties, delivering quality workmanship while maintaining a clean and professional approach throughout every installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full bathroom installations within social housing properties.
- Carry out all associated plumbing works.
- Undertake basic wall tiling and making good following installations.
- Complete basic decorating where required.
- Assess each installation and identify any issues before work commences.
- Deliver work to a consistently high standard while meeting agreed timescales.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with residents.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Proven experience fitting bathrooms within domestic properties.
- Strong plumbing skills.
- Experience with basic ceramic wall tiling.
- Basic decorating and finishing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence with no more than six penalty points.
Qualifications
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have either:
- A recognised trade apprenticeship, or
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, or
- Demonstrable experience carrying out bathroom installations to a professional standard.
