Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter/Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential, as is a sense of humour!
Duties
- Clean and valet vehicles both inside and out, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior detailing
- Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before customer collection
· Use specialised cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including janitorial and site maintenance duties as required.
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify any damages or issues needing attention
- Drive company vehicles as needed to transport vehicles between locations or to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during vehicle cleaning processes
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or vehicle detailing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Driving experience is essential, with a valid driving licence required for operating company vehicles.
- Organised with an eye for detail to achieve high-quality finish on all vehicles
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
