We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Supervise and lead the bar team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including cellar management, function room set up, inventory management, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment and controlling staff shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to provide a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Recruitment and train staff on customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor financial performance of the bar, implementing strategies to maximise profitability while maintaining quality service.
