HSP is a growing construction company delivering high-quality residential, heritage, refurbishment and commercial projects across Cheshire, North Wales and the North West.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Experienced Site Joiner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson seeking long-term employment with a busy and established construction company.
The Role
The successful candidate will work across a variety of projects, including high-end residential developments, extensions, refurbishments and commercial works.
Duties will include:
- First and second fix joinery.
- Roofing and structural timber works.
- Installation of kitchens and bespoke joinery.
- Flooring, skirting, architraves and internal finishes.
- Reading and interpreting drawings.
- Working independently and as part of a site team.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety.
- Assisting with mentoring apprentices where required.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Proven experience as a Site Joiner.
- Excellent all-round joinery skills.
- Ability to work from drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS Card.
- Own hand tools.
- Own Van and capability to be onsite for 7:30am
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Experience working on high-end residential projects.
- SSSTS or First Aid qualification.
- Experience leading small teams or supervising works.
