Located within one of Liverpool's most iconic Grade II listed buildings, our hotel combines historic elegance with contemporary luxury. Eforea Spa offers guests a tranquil escape in the heart of the city, delivering premium spa experiences using the world-renowned ELEMIS skincare range.

The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class guest experience through professional treatments, outstanding customer care and expert knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of face and body treatments to the highest professional standards.
- Perform ELEMIS face and body treatments (training will be provided where required).
- Create a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.
- Recommend suitable treatments and homecare products confidently.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the spa.
- Assist with developing seasonal treatments, spa packages and guest experiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.
About You
We're looking for therapists who genuinely enjoy making people feel their very best.
You will have:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- A minimum of one year's experience working within a spa, wellness facility or professional beauty environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- The ability to work confidently within a busy and supportive team.
Working Hours
We have opportunities for:
- Full-Time (4–5 days per week)
- Part-Time (2–3 days per week)
The spa operates seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work weekends is essential

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Have at least one year's spa or beauty therapy experience.
- Be available to work weekends.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
