Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
- Reply To customer service emails from amazon, ebay, b & q and tesco
- Handling daily calls
- Maintaing Health and Safety for all employees documents and booking in required dates for retraining
- Address requirements from warehouse team, such as booking collections for Biffa, ordering mail supplies, ordering office equipment ,chasing collections and booking collections with amazon or rxo, ups
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events to optimize team productivity
- Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office supplies
- Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties to support daily office functions and special projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Previous administrative experience with data entry and clerical responsibilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to type quickly and accurately to handle various documentation tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Pay: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
