Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to multiple locations within designated areas. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans or lorries, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Execute multiple deliveries across different locations within specified timeframes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Load and unload goods, often requiring heavy lifting and manual handling, with attention to safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and update route information as required.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues promptly.
- Follow planned routes using GPS or other navigation tools, adjusting as necessary for traffic or unforeseen delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, demonstrating safe driving practices.
- Valid driver’s licence suitable for the vehicle type (e.g., car licence, commercial driver’s licence).
- Experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Organised with good time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations within the area of operation.
- Physical fitness suitable for handling physically demanding tasks associated with the role.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
