We are looking for two adaptable, proactive individuals to join our Operations team as Dispatch & Fulfilment Assistants.
This role is offered on an 8-hour-per-week contract, with shifts scheduled across our standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm). We will always aim to keep shift patterns as consistent as possible, although some flexibility will be required to support the needs of the business. Additional overtime may also be available.
Please note that this is a genuine part-time position (8 hours per week) and may not be suitable for applicants seeking full-time employment.
You will be one of a team of five within the Operations department, so reliability, communication and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Daily dispatch of device and label orders
- Asset and stock management
- Accepting deliveries
- Preparing new devices (no previous technical experience required)
Whilst this is a hands-on role, we're much more interested in your attitude than your technical experience. If you're reliable, adaptable and happy to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note that the role involves a reasonable level of physical activity, including lifting and moving boxes of stock and labels weighing up to 20kg.
