The London Beer Factory is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead The Hole in The Wall, our busy pub in the heart of Waterloo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who is passionate about great pubs, outstanding customer service and building high-performing teams. As part of The London Beer Factory family, you'll have the opportunity to shape one of London's most exciting neighbourhood pubs while working with an award-winning independent brewery.

The Role
· Delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.
· Recruiting, developing and inspiring a passionate team.
· Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
· Maintaining the highest standards of service.
· Managing stock, labour and financial performance.
· Creating an exciting calendar of events and community engagement.
· Ensuring full compliance with licensing, health & safety and company standards.
· Championing London Beer Factory beers and our independent brewery story.
About You
· Has previous experience as a General Manager in a busy premium pub or bar.
· Is a natural leader who motivates and develops great teams.
· Has strong commercial awareness and understands how to grow sales and profit.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Has a genuine passion for hospitality.
· Leads by example with energy, positivity and professionalism.
· Holds a personal licence (preferred but not essential).

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
