MX3 is a fast-growing recruitment technology SaaS business looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team on a self-employed basis.
This is a pure new business role, you will be responsible for cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate pipeline and book qualified meetings for the sales team. If you thrive on picking up the phone and love the buzz of winning new conversations, we would love to hear from you.
The Role:
Outbound cold calling to prospective clients across the recruitment sector
Generating and qualifying leads through telephone prospecting
Booking qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
Managing and updating your pipeline accurately
Working autonomously and hitting daily and weekly call targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in cold calling and outbound B2B sales or BDR roles
Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
Comfortable picking up the phone and handling objections confidently
Experience in recruitment, recruitment technology or SaaS is desirable but not essential
Must be self-employed / operating via Ltd company or sole trader
Package:
£120 per day
3 to 5 days per week, flexible to suit you
