Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Barista who takes pride in delivering excellent coffee and customer service in a clean, organised, and efficient environment.
This is a dual-role position. Alongside barista duties, you will support the kitchen with food preparation, assisting wherever the business requires.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dual-position role combining front-of-house barista service with back-of-house prep support. We believe in building a fully cross-trained team where everyone supports one another and no two days are the same.
You will:
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee to standard.
- Deliver confident, warm customer service.
- Work across all areas of the business including coffee preparation, customer service, food preparation, stock management and opening/closing duties.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Support smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and organisation.
- Work occasional late evenings as required.
Please note: We are a licensed venue and occasionally operate late evenings. Flexibility to work these shifts is required.
What We Expect
- Minimum 1 year barista experience (essential)
- Confident working independently during busy service.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Flexibility for weekends, early starts, bank holidays and occasional late evenings.
- Professional attitude and team-first mindset.
The Contract
This position offers approximately 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours through events, catering and our mobile coffee trailer.
Shifts will include:
- Weekdays and weekends.
- Early starts.
- Bank holidays.
- Occasional late evenings.

Experience:
- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality/Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
