Summary
The School Governors of St Teresas Primary School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with special educational needs. We are looking for a candidate who ideally has previous experience supporting children with special educational needs, both on a one‑to‑one basis and in group settings. We seek an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who is committed to working with primary‑aged children and supporting their learning and development.
The successful candidate will work as part of the class team to support pupils within the school environment. The role is Monday to Friday, comprising 25 hours (TA2) and 5 hours (TA1) to provide lunchtime cover.
This position is permanent, part‑time, and term‑time only. Please note that the salary quoted is the full‑time equivalent; if appointed, the salary will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent) appropriate to the post.
