Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen to support smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of all food items
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without sacrificing quality
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations at all times
- Support guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks to keep supplies organised and available
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential
- Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service best practices
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene procedures
