We require a passionate support worker for our small residential care homes in ELMSTEAD MARKET.

Saresta & Serenade is a small home to 9 adults (split between 2 bungalows) who have physical and learning disabilities, we pride our selves in providing a 'family environment' in a modern and caring home.
We require full time support workers - Day shifts to help support these individuals in one of the bungalows.
Experience in supporting adults with these needs would be beneficial but full training will be given.
You will be fully supported and welcomed into our team, in return you will be expected to provide kind and compassionate care, be confident in your rapport and enjoy helping others to realise their full potential.
DBS check will be completed.
Clean driving license would be beneficial but not essential.
Shift Patterns:
7:30 am to 2.00 pm
2.00 pm to 8:30
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and physical care
- Manage medication and treatment plans
- Provide person centred care
- Manage personal care
- Promote a stimulating and happy environment within the home.
- Light domestic duties
