The Role
As Home Manager, you’ll be at the centre of everything — driving standards, leading your team, and ensuring residents receive the highest level of care.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated care team
- Ensure full compliance with RQIA and regulatory standards
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Manage budgets and maintain strong occupancy levels
- Build trusted relationships with residents and families
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or an experienced Deputy ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of RQIA standards
- Confident leader with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Passion for delivering exceptional care
NMC PIN desirable but not essential, depending on background
