Duties
- Assist with measuring and cutting fabric according to project specifications under supervision
- Support the sewing team by preparing materials and setting up sewing machines for production runs
- Learn to operate basic workshop equipment safely and efficiently
- Help with fabric preparation, including pinning, basting, and organizing materials for assembly
- Participate in quality checks to ensure finished curtains meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow instructions from experienced curtain makers to develop your technical skills and understanding of the production process
Experience
- No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Basic sewing skills or familiarity with sewing machines are advantageous but not necessary—training will be available
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing, bending, and handling materials during production tasks
