We are seeking an experienced POWDER COATER to work a PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT with an established powder coating business based in Bilston.
- · Core hours : Mon to Fri, 7pm to 4am plus overtime
- · Basic Salary : Circa £28,500- £33,500, entirely dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview.
- · Overtime : Ample overtime available
As a POWDER COATER you will be expected to undertake the following key activities:
- · Powder spraying
- · Colour changes
- · Spray gun set up
- · Maintaining hand spraying equipment and spray booths
- · Ensuring consistent coverage of large area as well as complex 3D parts
The successful POWDER COATER, will display the following key skills and experience:
- · Manually spraying powder coatings
- · Working on continuously moving track based lines
- · Achieving a consistent coating on large parts
- · Handling powders and chemicals
- · Meticulous attention to detail
- · Focused work ethic and “can do attitude”
This position will ideally suit an experienced Powder Coater, Sprayer with experience of hand spraying larger pieces on a continuously moving production line who is seeking to further their career in a rapidly expanding and busy powder coating
Note : This is a permanent, full time position, employed directly by the company on their payroll and NOT and agency for short term contract.
