A well-established regional firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) into its Conwy office. The role has arisen due to continued growth within the team and sustained client demand across North Wales.
This is a genuine opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or junior lawyer to step into an established caseload with support, while building long-term relationships in a strong local market.

Private Client is a core practice area, and the team is well-regarded for its technical capability and client care. The working environment is supportive, collegiate and commercially steady rather than target-driven.
Role Overview
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, appropriate to experience
- Advise on wills, probate and estate administration
- Draft and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Assist with trusts and more complex estate planning work as experience develops
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local referrers
- Contribute to the continued growth of the team in the local market
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a solicitor around NQ–2 PQE as a guide.
You may be newly qualified with a private client seat, or up to two years’ post-qualification experience handling your own files.
Strong communication skills, empathy and attention to detail are essential. An interest in building a long-term career in private client work within a regional market will be important.

Salary starting from £35,000+, dependent on experience.
