Security Service & Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits
We are currently representing a well-established and growing security systems provider that is looking to add an experienced Security Service & Maintenance Engineer to its engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience across Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV systems who is looking to join a supportive business with strong earning potential and genuine long-term career prospects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, remedial works and planned preventative maintenance across a varied customer base. Projects include commercial, corporate, enterprise and utility sector environments, although previous experience within these sectors is advantageous rather than essential.
The role will involve working across a range of integrated security systems, including Intruder Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control and CCTV solutions.
A competitive package including:
- Basic salary up to £40,000
- Company vehicle or van provided
- Call-out rota of approximately 1 in 3 to 1 in 4 weeks
- £150 standby payment
- Double time paid door-to-door when attending call-outs
- Typical call-out attendance of only a couple of occasions per week whilst on rota

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and customer-focused engineer who is comfortable working independently, travelling to client sites and delivering a high standard of service. A full UK driving licence is required.
