As our Retail Store Manager, you'll be an excellent leader, running the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for our shop. You'll build a high performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations.
Supported by your Manager, you will act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, set-up store promotional plans and ensure full compliance with health and safety and mantain a high level of cleanliness.
THE PERSON
To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:
- Previous retail experience (min 2 years)
- Excellent communication and people management skills, excellent customer service
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Problem solving
- Stock count once a month
- Recruit & retain the best talent - you will be passionate about your team & will be responsible for their development. You will recruit the best team for your store & will invest your time to train & coach them, driving succession through your branch, creating future managers for the business. You will also play a key role in managing the performance of your team.
- The ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goals.
- Passion and enthusiasm for our products and service, sharing it with the other member of the team
- Use of word and excel , report to manager on a daily basis.
- The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results.
- Ideally previous jobs in hospitality or food retail shop.
In return we offer a job in the heart of London , well established shop, no evenings, alternate Sundays , 20 days piad holiday plus 8 days bank holiday, a basic salary of 35K based on 41.5hr and a OTE of 3 to 10K (with proven figures )
