Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support catering services for events and special functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring as required
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and rotation procedures are followed
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously when required
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Support team members in various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of meal preparation and food safety standards
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic culinary skills including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Experience in serving customers is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexibly across full-time or part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if required
