Looking for bar staff to work in a busy cocktail bar. Experience is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and interacting with customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Making different cocktails to a high standard
- Serving food and drinks, offering product recommendations
- Seating guests and assisting with arrangements
- Maintaining cleanliness in all bar and restaurant areas
- Delivering food and drinks to tables
- Processing bill payments
- Clearing tables of plates and glasses
- Washing and polishing glasses
- Operating the till and managing cash
- Preparing for service: setting tables, filling condiments, polishing cutlery, etc.
- Closing down: restocking fridges, cleaning bar and restaurant areas
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Applicants must be 18+ with good physical fitness, as shifts involve standing throughout. Work includes mornings, evenings, and weekends. National minimum wage is paid weekly.
