About the role
Booker Group is recruiting a Lead Promotions Coordinator to lead & manage the promotions team with all pricing and promotional activity for our brands. In this role you will ensure that product and pricing data is managed to generate accurate weekly price files to agreed timelines, supporting, coaching and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service internally and externally
You will be responsible for
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers

Ensuring all promotional materials are accurate and fit fir purpose

Being the key contact for promotions related information, proactively liaising with colleagues across functions as required

Ensuring the promotional master data is maintained accurately, to agreed timescales and communicated as appropriate.

Supporting in the delivery of process improvements.

Lead, manage, develop, support and coach the team
-
Proactively and appropriately respond and manage planned and ad hoc activity
-
Managing the build/sign off for bespoke National Account promotional deals through the Category Managers.

Assist in managing any Zendesk supplier invoice queries (e.g. advertising gate fees).
- Build and maintain up to date knowledge/skills relevant to your role

Supporting the direct and wider teams with ad hoc work as required
