Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly customer-focused and fluent French-speaking Customer Service Support & After-Sales Care Representative to provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, managing after-sales requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, in French and English.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and services.
- Handle after-sales support including returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, sales, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
- Run weekly reports for our key customer’s accounts.
- Meet individual and team service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches where required.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good level of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or after-sales support is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience of a minimum 3 years in a customer service role is required.
- Knowledge of order management.
- Experience handling warranty claims and returns.

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
