HGV Class 1 Day Drivers
Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our client’s premises in Crewe on an on-going basis with immediate starts available.
For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving a double decker heavy goods vehicle.
- Completing trunk runs only, depot to depot.
- Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:
- CE licence with a minimum of 2 year’s experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- No more than 6 points.
- DIGI and CPC Card.
Details of this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role:
- Hourly rate of £18.36 per hour with a 6 shift paid at £27.54 per hour.
- Monday – Friday with 6 shift available if driver wants one.
- 4am – 8am starts (driver can pick)
- Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking.
- Minimum 8hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less.
- No handball
- Pre booked shifts available.
