About the Role
We're looking for a Merchandiser to join our team, covering our branches across Wales. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how our branches look and feel, helping to drive performance and customer engagement through effective visual merchandising.
You'll work closely with branch teams and management, using your creative eye and organisational skills to optimise product placement, maintain brand consistency, and support service growth across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing attractive product displays in line with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
- Supervising and coordinating merchandising activities across multiple branches
- Training staff to maintain organised stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves
- Analysing sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with branch managers and teams to implement seasonal campaigns and promotional events
- Providing training and leadership to junior staff involved in merchandising tasks
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during all merchandising activities
- Managing administrative tasks such as reporting on stock levels, display effectiveness, and inventory control
What You'll Need to Have:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities
- Previous experience in merchandising, visual presentation, or related fields
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with creative flair and strategic thinking
- Full, valid UK driving licence
