BADGE is an independent fashion retailer offering a carefully selected range of premium clothing, footwear and accessories for men, women and children. Alongside our stores in Metrocentre and coming soon to Dalton Park, our website serves customers across the UK.
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to help grow our online presence, increase website sales and support our wider marketing activity.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position covering email marketing, e-commerce, SEO, paid advertising and digital content. You will be responsible for helping to keep our website current, creating engaging campaigns and using performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo
- Build and improve automated Klaviyo flows, including welcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase emails
- Manage and update the WooCommerce website, including products, categories, promotions and website content
- Create product descriptions, landing pages and promotional banners
- Carry out basic front-end website updates and coordinate technical work with external developers when required
- Use stock inventory systems to accurately input new stock, update product information and maintain stock records across the business
- Support the planning and delivery of online promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Create, manage and monitor paid advertisements across Facebook and Instagram
- Produce engaging advertising copy and creative content suited to the BADGE brand
- Improve product pages and website content using SEO best practices
- Carry out keyword research and monitor organic website performance
- Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour, online sales and campaign performance using Google Analytics, WooCommerce and other reporting tools
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements
- Support the social media team with campaign ideas, content and promotional activity
- Ensure all digital content is accurate, consistent and aligned with the BADGE brand
- Monitor competitor activity and identify relevant fashion and digital marketing trends
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or a similar role
- Experience using an email marketing platform; Klaviyo experience is strongly preferred
- Experience managing or updating an e-commerce website; WooCommerce experience is desirable
- Experience using stock management or inventory systems, with a high level of accuracy when entering product and stock information
- An understanding of SEO and how to optimise website content
- Experience creating or managing Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Strong written English and the ability to produce engaging, accurate marketing copy
- Graphic-design skills, ideally using Canva or similar software
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence interpreting sales and marketing performance data
- The ability to manage several campaigns and priorities at the same time
- A proactive attitude and willingness to suggest new ideas
- An interest in fashion, retail and current digital trends
Desirable Experience

- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience working within fashion or retail

We are looking for someone who combines technical ability with commercial awareness. You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activity and using results to improve future campaigns.
You do not need to be an advanced website developer, but you should be confident making everyday website updates and communicating with external technical support when more complex work is required.
