Duties

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Extensive food production and culinary experience, with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing kitchen teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations.
- Previous restaurant experience with familiarity in hospitality service environments.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control and menu development.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
