Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food, drinks, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage bar service, including bartending duties and barista responsibilities when required
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper handling and cleanliness practices
- Maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and supporting team members during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Fluid english
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food handling
- Experience with serving, bartending, or barista work is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
