Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Organise daily tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Monitor team performance through regular feedback and coaching sessions, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate organisational policies clearly and professionally via phone or in person.
- Assist in training new staff members and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of operation.
- Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience within management roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and implement organisational policies effectively.
