Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong management skills and supervisory experience to lead diverse teams and liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.
- Manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, procurement, and logistics.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Utilise Primavera P6 software for project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying potential delays or issues early and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and issues for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or site supervision within the construction industry.
- SSSTS or SMSTS
