Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chef Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will oversee event kitchen operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality food, and maintain exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene. The Chef Manager will be responsible for supervising food production, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and innovative menu offerings, budgetting and ordering.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive working environment centred on teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Plan menus in collaboration with the management team.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimise kitchen efficiency.
- Train staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and serving procedures to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a fast-paced multi unit business.
- background in food production, cooking, and food preparation .
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop staff members.
- Demonstrable experience in kitchen operations, including food safety compliance and inventory control.
- Previous stadium or food court experience is highly desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
