Health Care Assistant (No sponsorships)
Location: Nursing Home Setting, Bourne End
Hours: Full Time 48 hours per week over 7 days includes weekend shifts
Shifts: Day or Night available, 12 hour shifts from 8 to 8
We are seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team. You’ll support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and social activities, while maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
What You’ll Do:
- Support with washing, dressing, toileting and daily living
- Assist with mobility and the use of aids/equipment
- Provide emotional and social support
- Help at mealtimes and with activities
- Keep accurate care records
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Genuine interest in caring for others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and compassion
- Willingness to complete training (NVQ/Diploma encouraged)
- Right to work in the UK – no sponsorships
Desirable:
- Experience in a care setting
- Health & Social Care qualification
