Keep Our Customers Moving
At Alltruck we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and keeping our customers' vehicles on the road. We're looking for a proactive and organised Fleet Controller to join our Operations team and play a key role in managing vehicle maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and compliance activities.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to minimise vehicle downtime, resolve issues quickly and provide exceptional service throughout.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing breakdowns, repairs, servicing and compliance events from start to finish
- Coordinating suppliers and repair agents to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Keeping customers informed with clear and timely updates
- Controlling costs and ensuring repair authorisations are managed correctly
- Maintaining accurate fleet, compliance and service records
- Supporting service level agreements and helping to maximise vehicle uptime
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fleet, transport, service coordination or vehicle maintenance environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles, fleet systems or compliance requirements would be an advantage
