To support the continued growth of our U-Mobility business, we are looking for a Country Lead UK to drive the market development, commercial success, and service expansion of our cargo bike business across the United Kingdom.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Market Development
- Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy for the UK market.
- Identify, acquire, and develop B2B customers across relevant market segments.
- Establish and manage key accounts, including the development of tailored fleet solutions incorporating financing and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leasing companies, dealers, distributors, and service providers.
- Take full responsibility for sales performance, revenue growth, target achievement, forecasting, and reporting
- Representation at Fairs and exhibitions
Service Network Expansion
- Develop and establish a nationwide 24/7 support and service network across the United Kingdom.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard service partners to support the expansion of full-service operations.
- Ensure high service quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout the partner network.
Market Intelligence & Product Development
- Monitor market trends in urban logistics, e-mobility, and relevant regulatory developments.
- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and competitive developments.
- Gather customer and partner feedback and communicate insights to product development teams and headquarters.
- Support the continuous improvement of cargo bike products and services based on market requirements.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, country management, or a similar commercial leadership role, ideally cargo bikes or in micromobility.
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets and achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Strong experience in key account management and partnership development.
- Knowledge of the micro-mobility, logistics, fleet, or transportation sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities.
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving licence
