Role Summary
We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and personable Freelance FoH and Bar Team Members to deliver exceptional service at premium events across London. You’ll help set up, serve, and close down events, working with our friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard service at events (canapé receptions, formal plated dinner service, bar service, etc.)
- Support setup, service, and breakdown of FoH and bar areas
- Clear plates and glasses
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with your team and adapt to event flow
- Maintain excellent presentation, hygiene, and equipment care
- Follow food safety and allergy guidelines
- Represent Arch with professionalism at all times
About You
- Minimum 1 year of FoH and/or bar experience in event settings
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Well-presented and proactive
Work Details
- Type: Freelance / ad hoc shifts (mostly evenings and weekdays, some weekends)
- Hours: 4–10 hours per shift, depending on event size
- Peak months: Mar, May–Jul, Sep, Nov–Dec
- Pay: £15/hour during probation, rising with experience and performance
- Payment: Twice-monthly invoices, paid within 3 working days
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
