ON-SITE MANAGER WANTED – DBT3 BELFAST

We're hiring an experienced On-Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our DBT3 Belfast depot.
THE ROLE
- Oversee daily dispatch, route allocation, and DA (Delivery Associate) performance
- Manage staffing levels, rota coverage, and driver welfare on-site
- Liaise directly with Amazon station contacts on operational standards
- Handle escalations, incident reporting, and compliance checks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retraining of DAs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or DSP/AMZL operations
- A genuine drive for metrics and performance – someone who lives in the numbers and pushes standards higher
- Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency
- Committed to keeping the fleet compliant and up to standard at all times
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working early starts and under pressure during peak periods
- Full UK driving licence preferred
