Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking to make a real difference outside the traditional classroom?
We are a small, independent residential SEMH school in Kendal, specializing in supporting young people with complex behavioral needs and Autism (ASD). We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to lead our curriculum across Key Stages up to GCSE level, utilizing our incredible local landscape for therapeutic, hands-on outdoor learning.

What We Need:
- Ability to deliver engaging Science lessons up to GCSE.
- Proven experience supporting young people with Autism (ASD) and complex, challenging behavior.
- A calm, resilient, and highly empathetic approach to de-escalation and classroom management.
- QTS/QTLS is preferred, though instructors with strong SEN experience will be considered.
