Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables are attended to promptly.
