We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic and naturally personable Retail & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Stow-on-the-Wold team.
This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves people, beautiful products, fragrance and creating memorable experiences. You’ll be at the heart of our store, welcoming customers, sharing the story behind our products and helping them discover the scents and pieces that are right for them.
Alongside the customer-facing side of the role, you’ll play an important part in the daily running of the store and supporting the wider Laura Fisher business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and wants to be part of a growing independent brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Welcoming customers and creating a warm, friendly and memorable store experience
● Helping customers discover and choose products through thoughtful, personal recommendations
● Delivering our signature scent experiences at the Experience Bar
● Sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our fragrances, candles and homeware
● Processing sales and operating the till confidently
● Maintaining beautiful, inspiring and well-presented shop displays
● Replenishing stock and keeping the store organised
● Supporting the daily running and smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures
● Supporting our candle-making and fragrance workshops
● Helping to prepare the store for workshops, events and seasonal launches
● Building genuine relationships with our customers and encouraging repeat visits
● Representing the Laura Fisher brand and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values
● Supporting with stock deliveries, merchandising and general store administration
● Taking initiative and helping wherever needed across the business
● Supporting the wider Laura Fisher team with day-to-day tasks, projects, launches and events
● Helping the business continue to grow by being proactive, organised and willing to get involved
● Working closely with the wider team to ensure our stores, products and customer experiences are always presented to the highest standard

Retail, hospitality, beauty, fragrance or other customer-facing experience would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and a genuine passion for people and products are just as important to us as experience.
