Razzamataz Theatre Schools is looking for an experienced Franchise Performance & Development Manager to help drive the success, profitability and long-term growth of our award-winning UK franchise network.
For more than 25 years, we've been inspiring children and young people through dance, drama and singing. Behind every successful school is a franchise partner running a thriving local business, and that's where you come in.
The Role
This is a commercially focused leadership role where you'll work alongside franchise partners to improve profitability, increase student numbers, strengthen customer retention and deliver sustainable business growth.
You'll analyse financial performance, coach business owners, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the future success of our national franchise network.
You'll work closely with franchise partners to help them improve performance, grow student numbers, strengthen profitability and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
No two days are the same. One day you could be analysing business performance and creating growth plans, the next you'll be coaching franchise owners, delivering training or supporting new franchise recruitment.
What You'll Be Doing
· Leading commercial business reviews
· Analysing franchise KPIs and P&L performance
· Creating business improvement plans
· Coaching franchisees to improve profitability
· Supporting franchise renewals and long-term retention
· Identifying high-performing and at-risk franchisees
· Benchmarking network performance
· Supporting franchise recruitment and expansion
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with numbers.
You'll likely have experience in:
- Franchise support
- Business coaching
- Multi-site operations
- Account management
- Business development
- Operations management
You'll also be comfortable analysing performance data, building trusted relationships and confidently challenging people to achieve their goals.
