La Rueda Italian Social House is bringing a fresh Italian dining and cocktail experience to Clapham. From handcrafted classics and signature cocktails to lively evenings with DJs and a welcoming atmosphere, we're building a venue where great drinks and great hospitality go hand in hand.
We're looking for enthusiastic bartenders who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a busy, high-energy environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional drinks, outstanding service and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver friendly and engaging customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar.
- Recommend drinks and upsell confidently.
- Work efficiently during busy services.
- Follow company recipes and service standards.
- Ensure licensing, hygiene and safety procedures are always followed.
- Support the wider front of house team when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar experience preferred.
- Cocktail knowledge is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
