We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team at Libby's Bread & Wine.

About Libby's
Libby's is a neighbourhood bakery, café and wine bar in the heart of Marple Bridge.
By day we're known for exceptional breakfasts, brunches, artisan baking and speciality coffee. By night we transform into a relaxed wine bar serving seasonal small plates and sharing dishes.
Everything we do is built around quality ingredients, great hospitality and genuine attention to detail.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent food across every service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running your section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal food
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Supporting with prep and service across breakfast, lunch and evening service
- Helping train and support junior members of the team
- Ensuring dishes leave the kitchen exactly as they should every time
- Taking pride in keeping your section organised and service-ready
Who We're Looking For
We're much more interested in attitude than ego.
You'll ideally have experience as a Chef de Partie or be an ambitious Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
You'll be someone who:
- Takes genuine pride in their work
- Enjoys working with fresh ingredients
