You'll need to have ambition, talent, experience and speed with an eye for perfection. You should have the ability to multi task, communicate and focus whilst adhering to company specifications and producing the high quality food that our guests have to come to expect.
You will be working with great fresh produce and perfecting our recipes under the guidance of the Head Chef so that our customers can enjoy the most delicious food freshly made every day. Working within a busy kitchen, supporting the Head Chef you must ensure that all your equipment is cleaned, maintained and working correctly at all times.
You will be responsible for reporting any hazards or malfunctions.
To have a good knowledge of food safety and hygiene is also crucial to be successful for this role. Our Restaurant is busy and you will need skill and stamina to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Hygiene and appearance will be of major importance to you whilst working in our open kitchen. You should be able to follow our strict health and safety policies and have an understanding of current food trends. It goes without saying that being a team player in paramount.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
