H Mart is an Oriental and Korean food specialist with over forty years of experience. We supply not only fresh and packaged food, but also Korean music albums, housewares, stationery and more. We are enthusiastic about bringing authentic Korean culture and traditions to the UK.
H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen. After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain, operating over 90 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.
The Role and day to day duties
- Taking orders.
- Processing orders received to ensure goods delivery timelines are met.
- Liaise with customers/colleagues to ensure smooth and timely movement of orders.
- Dealing with customers’ request.
- Complying with all company policies.
Essential requirements
- Chinese or Japanese or Korean speaker preferable but not essential.
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communications and time management skills
- Teamwork and collaboration across departments
- High attention to detail and good level of numeracy
- Flexible working approach may be required
