Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff, fostering a motivated team committed to excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks based on operational needs, optimizing team productivity.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients in English to address concerns, provide instructions, and ensure expectations are met.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards at all times.

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Valid driving license to facilitate transportation between sites if required.
